The Toronto Maple Leafs recalled centre Joe Colborne on an emergency basis Monday after losing Mikhail Grabovski to injury.

Colborne had 37 points (16-21) in 60 games with the AHL's Toronto Marlies this season.

In nine games with the Leafs, he scored one goal and three assists.

Grabovski suffered a leg laceration in Saturday's 4-3 victory over Buffalo and is listed as day-to-day.
