Dancevic, Raonic through at Granby

Canadians move to final four of Quebec tournament

Canadians Frank Dancevic and Milos Raonic both advanced to the US$50,000 Granby National Bank Challenger seminals with victories on Friday.

Dancevic eliminated three-time Granby champion Takao Suzuki of Japan 7-6 (3), 6-3, as the Niagara Fall, Ont., native was dominant on serve with 16 aces.

Raonic, who hails from Thornhill, Ont., captured an 6-4, 6-2 upset victory over seventh-seeded Paul Capdeville of Chile in his quarter-final match.

The two Canadians will go up against the tournament's top two seeds on Saturday. Dancevic will take on German Tobias Kamke, ranked no. 102 on the ATP World Tour rankings, while Raonic meets second-seeded Go Soeda of Japan, ranked no. 116 in the world.
