Canada has fallen one spot to No. 9 in the FIFA world women's soccer rankings.

North Korea vaulted past the Canadian women in the latest list, jumping four places to No. 7.

Germany moved into top spot, relegating the United States to the second spot. France rose one place to third, dropping defending World Cup champion Japan to fourth. Sweden was unchanged at No. 5. The rest of the top 10 was England (up one), North Korea (up four), Brazil (down two), Canada (down one) and Australia (unchanged).
