Liverpool to play TFC in exhibition game at Rogers Centre Add to ...

Major League Soccer's Toronto FC will play English Premier League giants Liverpool in an exhibition match at Rogers Centre on July 21.



The game will mark the first time Liverpool has played in Toronto since 2004.



The match is part of the World Football Challenge tour, which also includes the Seattle Sounders of the MLS and England's Chelsea.

More related to this story



Seattle will host Chelsea on July 18 at CenturyLink Field before the English side participates in the MLS all-star game on July 25 at PPL Park in Chester, Pa.



Tickets for the match in Toronto go on sale May 4.
