Torsten Frings says Toronto FC is ready to turn the corner.

But the winless MLS team will have to do it without its captain Saturday against visiting Chivas USA.

Frings says he is not quite ready to return from a hamstring strain.

"We are ready to win now and I am sure we will get the points tomorrow," he says.

The former German international hopes to be back next week to play the Chicago Fire.

Toronto has lost all four of its league games this season.
