Toronto FC has called a press conference for 1 p.m. (ET) Thursday where it will formally unveil the Major League Soccer club's new management regime.

Former Dutch international Aron Winter will be introduced as the team's sixth head coach entering its fifth season, and will ultimately be the man in charge.

Paul Mariner, a one-time England international and more recently Steve Nicol's assistant with the New England Revolution, will be in charge of player personnel.

That pair will be joined by Dutchman Bob de Klerk, a former youth team coach with Ajax in Amsterdam, who is expected to work with Winter once again as an assistant coach.

Preseason dates set

TFC has also unveiled its first two preseason games.

Toronto will face Serbia's Partizan Belgrade on Feb. 2, before taking on Croatia's Dinamo Zagreb on Feb. 10.

Both games will take place in Antalya, Turkey, during the MLS club's training camp there.
