Steve Yzerman returns to Detroit on Thursday as general manager of the Red Wings' opponent, the Tampa Bay Lightning. There's little difference between the clubs: The Lightning are second in the East at 73 points, while the Wings are second in the West at 74.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Imagine, as a hitter trying to catch on with the Philadelphia Phillies, stepping into the batting cage as the rotation tunes up, against one of Roy Halladay, Cliff Lee, Cole Hamels or Roy Oswalt.
