Video: QR codes on gravestones give interactive life stories Add to ...

Funeral companies in the U.S. and U.K. have begun placing QR codes on gravestones enabling visitors to learn a lot more about the deceased. Visitors or mourners can scan the QR code using a smartphone or tablet and access the deceased person’s profile, pictures and video. Chester Pearce, owner of the company, said that the QR codes could also be added to benches, trees or plaques.
