Cleveland Kidnappings

 
On the evening of May 6, 2013, Cleveland police freed three young women who had been held in captivity for more than a decade. Michelle Knight, Amanda Berry and Gina DeJesus had been abducted within a few city blocks of each other between 2002 and 2004 at ages 20, 16 and 14. The 52-year-old house owner Ariel Castro, and his brothers, Pedro, 54, and Onil, 50, were arrested.
