Golf Etiquette: A Guide to Rules and Behaviour
Okay, so you've packed your bags and clubs for that great golfing vacation, but have you boned up on appropriate behaviour on those courses you intend to play?
As Dr. A.M. Mathewson, Captain of the Royal & Ancient Golf Club of St. Andrews, writes in his foreword to this marvellous little handbook: "There can be few things more irritating, and at times even infuriating, for a golfer than to find his game ruined by the thoughtless and ignorant behaviour by other players on the course."

The Great Golf Courses of Canada
This stylishly illustrated book goes a long way toward proving that Canada has some of the finest golf courses in the world.

Fairways: America's Greatest Golf Resorts
Many of the great golf resorts, especially those in the United States, are not just about golf. They offer spa treatments, fine cuisine, elegant accommodations and a host of non-golf activities.
Based on the recommendations of 54 mostly American travel and golf journalists, seven writers explore 100 of the most elegant golf resorts in the continental U.S. and in the Hawaii Islands. From the rugged exclusivity of California's Pebble Beach to Arizona's Wigham Resort, the Greenbrier in West Virginia and the time-honoured greens of The Pinehurst in North Carolina, Fairways presents a sumptuous tour to the best the game has to offer south of the border.
