U.S. analyst issues bullish forecast for Canadian market

The Canadian equity market is breaking out, and U.S. investors are taking notice.

Technical analyst J.C. Parets, founder of New York-based Eagle Bay Capital, LLC, recently noted that the exchange traded fund that many American investors use to invest in Canadian equities had broken through a price level where it had repeatedly stumbled.
