Campaign reality check: Can the parties lower your energy bill?

Ontario voters will be heading to the polls Thursday, and Ottawa-area NDP candidate Alex Cullen says many of them will be thinking about their electricity bills when they mark their ballot.

And Mr. Cullen is hoping that voters in his Ottawa Nepean riding will be persuaded that one answer to Ontario’s high power prices lies just across the Ottawa River, with the mighty Hydro Quebec.
