Futures traders, unlike most pundits, will suffer a hit to the wallet if their views on the fiscal cliff issue are wildly off base. With this in mind, it’s interesting to look at the S&P 500 futures markets to see where traders are placing their bets for the first three months of 2013 – the period when the United States may topple off the dreaded cliff.
