CIBC hires hedging specialist in N.Y.

Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce has hired a former Deutsche Bank commodities specialist at its New York operations.

The firm said in an internal announcement that Ami Greenstein is joining as a managing director in what CIBC calls the corporate solutions group. “He will be focused on customizing financing and hedging solutions for clients with an emphasis on commodities,” the announcement said.
