RBC hires two new teams to ramp up European research business

RBC Capital Markets is making several key hires in its European business, expanding the bank’s research coverage in the region to 15 sectors, and adding two new teams.

The bank appointed Jonathan Dann as a managing director and head of European equity telecom research. Mr. Dann has experience in the sector, having led European and emerging markets telecom research at Barclays for five years, and having worked at other banks before that. He will be based in London.
