Women in Capital Markets looks for new leader

The organization that promotes women in Canada’s financial sector is searching for a new head after Martha Fell announced that she is stepping down after five years in the role.

The group, named Women in Capital Markets, offers its members things like mentoring and professional development workshops. In the past few years, it has also reached out to the financial community to sponsor such initiatives as its ‘Return to Bay Street’ awards, which helps women re-enter the industry after an extended period of time.
