There’s a new face on the board of directors of RBC Europe Ltd., Royal Bank of Canada’s European division.
Effective December 1, Clare Spottiswoode will join the board, bringing with her over two decades of experience in energy and financial services, which includes serving as director general of the U.K. gas regulator Ofgas in the 1990s.
