By noon Monday the Toronto Stock Exchange’s list of top traded stocks included the typical cast of characters such as Research in Motion and Manulife Financial Corp.
But there was one suspicious name that wasn’t like the others: San Gold Corp. By mid-day, the junior miner traded almost six million shares.
