When does my subscription to GlobePlus end?

Your subscription ends when you cancel it. To do so, follow the Cancel subscription instructions in the GlobePlus Membership section of this site. If you cancel before your 14-day free trial expires, your credit card will not be charged.

When am I billed?

You are billed every 30 days, counting from the day of your first purchase or from the day your 14-day free trial expires.

Will I get a refund if I cancel my subscription or multi-pack?

When you cancel your GlobePlus subscription, you will continue to have access to your account until the last day of your billing cycle. You will not receive a refund. We regret that we cannot refund multi-packs after they have expired or after access to your account has expired.

Is it safe to submit my credit card to your site over the Internet?

Your member privacy and account security is of utmost importance to GlobePlus. To ensure the security of your credit card information, the credit card entry and update pages on GlobePlus use 128-bit SSL encryption. Whenever you send your credit card information over the Internet using GlobePlus, it will always be encrypted. We will never display your entire credit card number on our site; in the area where you may change the credit card number you provide us, we will only display the last 4 digits of your card number.

How do I change the e-mail address you use to correspond with me?

Use the Update E-mail Address in the Membership section of this site.

How do I change the credit card that you currently bill my subscription to?

To change the credit card being billed for your membership or update its expiry date, please visit the My Membership section of this web site and select Update Credit Card. Changes will become effective immediately.

GlobePlus offers its members a variety of options to pay their membership fees. These options include Master Card, Visa, and American Express.

How can I view my account and billing information?

You can access your billing information online for free 24 hours a day. You can check your current month's billing information or request to view and print your current or previous month's billing information.

To see details about your account, including a breakdown of your charges, please visit the Membership section of this web site and select Update User Information. The information on this page is displayed using 128-bit SSL encryption. It is important not to share your user name and password with others to keep your information secure.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your membership at any time by visiting the Membership section of this web site and selecting Cancel Service. We'll be sorry to see you leave. Should you choose to cancel your service, access to your account will terminate at the end of your current billing period.

If you cancel a monthly subscriptions there is no refund available. Your subscription will end the day before your next anniversary date.

Refunds are available for cancelled annual subscriptions. Your refund will be based on the number of months you have used the service. We will process your refund and it will appear on your credit card. You can cancel your subscription at any time and your subscription will end the day before your next monthly anniversary date. For example, if you subscribe on May 14th, your monthly anniversary date is the 14th. If you cancel on July 4th, your subscription will end on July 13th. If you cancel on July 20th, your subscription will end on August 13th.
