Actor Michael Cera isn't known for his athletic prowess, but today Torontonians will find out whether his soccer skills are super or bad.

Cera joins a celebrity team in this afternoon's Athletes for Africa 5v5 charity soccer tournament at Toronto's Cherry Beach. His teammates include Rivers Cuomo of Weezer, Brendan Canning of Broken Social Scene and punk rocker Ted Leo. Cera's squad will square off against members of the public in support of a youth centre for arts and culture in northern Uganda.

"This isn't an elusive event in a big stadium. It's a chance for footy and music fans alike to share the pitch with some of their favourites," said Athletes for Africa founder Adrian Bradbury in a statement.
