Bjork: singer, songwriter, composer, actress, music producer. And venture capitalist?
The quirky Icelandic talent has teamed up with Reykjavik-based Audur Capital to raise money to invest in sustainable businesses, particularly those advancing green energy, E! Online reported yesterday.
Bjork has put some cash of her own toward the $20-million she hopes to raise by the end of March. Iceland's population of 305,000 has been hit particularly hard by this year's global financial turmoil.
