Ayn Rand's self-described masterwork, Atlas Shrugged, has finally been made into a Hollywood film, and now the trailer is on YouTube.

The movie (which is the first instalment in what appears to be a trilogy) is set for release in April, proptitious timing given the political climate in America, one in which Republicans and Tea Partiers are portraying Barack Obama's Democrat administration in the same light that Rand portrayed the American government in her novel: as that of a statist, interfering, initiative-killing, anti-capitalist dystopia.
