Reading, 8 p.m.: Rogers Writers' Trust Fiction Prize Finalists. You may have plenty of chances to see any of these authors read over the course of the festival, but when will you again get to see siblings read together? Kathleen Winter ( Annabel) and Michael Winter ( The Death of Donna Whalen) read with fellow nominees Trevor Cole ( Practical Jean), Emma Donoghue ( Room) and Michael Helm ( Cities of Refuge). The always-dapper Andrew Pyper ( The Killing Circle) will host.
Interview, 8 p.m.: Author, SPACE producer, and interviewer-extraordinaire Mark Askwith talks with William Gibson (Zero History) and David Mitchell (The Thousand Autumns of Jacob de Zoet).
