The U.S. Senate Judiciary Committee on Jan. 24 heard testimony on competition in the ticketing industry in the aftermath of a major fiasco involving ticket sales for Taylor Swift's 'Eras' tour. 'We apologize to the fans, we apologize to Ms. Swift,' said Joe Berchtold, the chief financial officer of Ticketmaster parent Live Nation Entertainment.
