As head of programming, I am responsible for determining when, where and how to publish The Globe's content in order to satisfy current Globe subscribers and attract new ones. I lead a team of 15 journalists that includes editors who work on homepage, social media, newsletters, mobile alerts, print and digital sections, and audience strategy. I am also on the hiring committee for The Globe's competitive summer job program, which receives about 400 applications a year from recent grads looking to get their journalism careers started.
