Menaka Raman-Wilms is a reporter in The Globe and Mail’s Ottawa bureau. Before joining The Globe, she was an associate producer at CBC Radio, a web writer at CBC Ottawa, and a CBC News Joan Donaldson Scholar. She’s also produced an audio documentary about Syrian refugees working as tour guides in Berlin, Germany.
