Hartley T. Richardson Executive Chair, President & Chief Executive Officer of James Richardson & Sons, Limited (JRSL), is pleased to announce the election of Carmele N. Peter, Q.C., to the JRSL Board of Directors.
Ms. Peter is the President of Exchange Income Corporation (EIC), a Winnipeg-based public company engaged in various businesses in the aerospace and aviation services and equipment sector, as well as the manufacturing sector. Prior to joining EIC in 2012, she was a partner at a prominent western Canadian law firm, specializing in the areas of taxation and corporate law with a focus on mergers, acquisitions and structuring complex commercial arrangements.
Ms. Peter serves as Chair of the Manitoba Civil Service Superannuation Board, is a Director of Vexxit Inc., and is also a Member of the International Women’s Forum.
