Jim Hand, President & Chief Executive Officer of Kingston Midstream Limited, is pleased to announce the appointment of Heather Piercy as Vice President, Legal, Regulatory and General Counsel.

Ms. Piercy has worked in the midstream sector since 2005 and brings an extensive background in corporate, commercial, regulatory and real estate law, with broad-ranging experience in intellectual property, litigation management, compliance and corporate governance, negotiations and dispute resolution. Ms. Piercy will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Kingston Midstream’s regulatory and legal compliance matters.

Before joining Kingston Midstream in April 2022, Ms. Piercy spent 12 years as counsel of a significant North American midstream gas processing business, where she served as Vice President, Legal & General Counsel and, more recently, as Special Consultant. Earlier in her career, Ms. Piercy worked for other companies in the energy and transportation industries and also practiced law at two prominent firms based in Calgary. Called to the bar in Alberta in 1994, Ms. Piercy holds a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Manitoba, as well as a Master of Business Administration from the University of Calgary.
