Mr. Donald G. Horner, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Canadian Urban Limited, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Jay Hamilton as President of the Company effective November 17, 2020.

Mr. Hamilton began his career with Canadian Urban as Chief Financial Officer on November 15, 2016. Most recently, Mr. Hamilton served as Acting President for our Company and has been appointed by the Board to the President’s position.

Mr. Hamilton is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta. With over 22 years of experience in the financial and professional services industries, Mr. Hamilton provides a wealth of strategic, operational and business leadership to Canadian Urban.

Mr. Hamilton is also the current Treasurer and Director of the University of Alberta Golden Bears Football Alumni Association.
