Hartley T. Richardson, President of the Richardson Foundation Inc., is pleased to announce the election of Kathleen M. Ramsay to the Board of Directors of the Richardson Foundation.
Ms. Ramsay brings a wealth of experience in governance roles with public and private foundations, as well as in leadership and volunteer positions with non-profit and public sector organizations in education, arts, agriculture, environment, conservation and social services. Currently, she is a trustee of Kawartha Land Trust, Co-Chair of The Mount Community Centre’s Building Opportunity Campaign, Governor Emeritus of Trent University and a Director of Noblegen Inc. A former member of the Board of Directors of James Richardson & Sons, Limited, Ms. Ramsay holds the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors in Canada.
