Lisa Giannone is appointed President and Chief Operating Officer of BFL CANADA
Barry F. Lorenzetti, BFL CANADA’s Founder, Chairman, and CEO, is pleased to announce the appointment of Lisa Giannone as President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of the company, effective January 1, 2023.
Lisa joined BFL CANADA in 2009 and has been managing and leading our Eastern Region since 2019. She brings a successful track record of accomplishments with proven leadership over a span of 33 years in the industry.
Lisa excels in strategic planning and high-level negotiations and is recognized explicitly for being creative at finding alternative and innovative solutions with clients and insurance partners.
In her new role as President and COO, Lisa will be managing national operations. She will be working with the newly created Office of the President to grow all Canadian regions, invest in talent, expand our client portfolio, and innovate our business while retaining our successful and unique business model.
