Amar Doman, Chair of the Board of Directors of Doman Building Materials Group (“Doman”) (TSX:DBM), is pleased to announce the election of Ms. Michelle M. Harrison to the Company’s Board of Directors. This announcement serves as an important milestone in Doman’s ongoing effort to enhance board diversity.

Ms. Harrison is Senior Vice President, Finance and Treasurer of Century Aluminum Company (“Century”) (NASDAQ:CENX). Ms. Harrison has over 20 years’ experience with Century and has significant experience in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, investor relations, tax, working capital and cash management. Ms. Harrison has progressed to increasingly senior roles throughout the years at Century. Ms. Harrison was promoted to Vice President and Treasurer in 2007 and to Senior Vice President, Finance and Treasurer in March 2014. Prior to joining Century, Ms. Harrison worked as an auditor for Deloitte & Touché. Ms. Harrison is a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara and is a Certified Public Accountant.
