Mitch Frazer, Chair of Ryerson University’s Board of Governors, Ryerson University

Mitch Frazer has been appointed Chair of Ryerson University’s Board of Governors. An accomplished pensions, benefits and employment lawyer, and one of Canada’s leading practitioners, he will oversee institutional strategic planning, risk management and financial management of the university. Mitch is a Partner and the Chair of the Pensions and Employment Practice at Torys LLP, as well as a published author, prominent public speaker and governance expert. He is also Chair of TFS - Canada’s International School and Chair of the North York General Foundation. Mitch is the founder of the National Institute on Ageing and an Adjunct Professor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law.
