Monica Sloan, to The Board of Directors, Tundra Energy Marketing Limited
Hartley T. Richardson, President & Chief Executive Officer of James Richardson & Sons, Limited, is pleased to announce the appointment of Monica Sloan to the Board of Directors of Tundra Energy Marketing Limited.
Ms. Sloan is the Managing Director of JKS Holdings Ltd., a private operating and investment company, and is the former CEO and Managing Director of Intervera Data Solutions in Calgary, a data quality product and solutions firm servicing the energy and utilities industry. Prior to this, Ms. Sloan was an independent strategy and management consultant for MES and Associates, focused on Canada’s energy, oil and gas sector. She currently serves on the board of Aecon Group and was previously a director with both the Balancing Pool, established by the Government of Alberta, and Methanex Corporation, the world’s largest supplier of methanol. Ms. Sloan holds a Master of Engineering from Stanford University, a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, and the ICD.D designation from the Institute of Corporate Directors in Canada.
Tundra Energy Marketing Limited is a wholly-owned business of Winnipeg-based James Richardson & Sons, Limited. Tundra Energy has been operating as a midstream service provider since 2005. Tundra Energy’s pipeline infrastructure is located within the Williston Basin in southwest Manitoba and southeast Saskatchewan.
