Private Debt Partners Inc. Welcomes its New Board of Directors
Private Debt Partners Inc. (“PDP”) is a specialized private debt manager focused on lending institutional and family office capital. Board Chair and Founding Member Stephen Lister is pleased to announce PDP’s Board of Directors and welcomes this dynamic group of Canadian business leaders as it builds Canada’s premier private debt firm. PDP is currently raising its Senior Direct Lending Fund and Senior Opportunities Fund which will provide much needed capital to Canada’s mid-market businesses.
Robert Harding is the immediate past Chair of Brookfield Asset Management and has worked with Brookfield and its predecessor companies since 1984. He is currently Director of First Quantum Minerals Inc., and served on the boards of Manulife Financial Corporation, Burlington Resources, Norbord, NexJ, and Noranda. Mr. Harding’s non-profit board involvement includes the Art Gallery of Ontario, University of Waterloo, the United Way Toronto, and the Hospital for Sick Children. He is a member of the Order of Canada and a recipient of the Queen’s Silver and Golden Jubilee Medals.
