McKinsey & Company is pleased to announce the appointment of Robert Palter to Managing Partner Canada. Robert has been with the firm for 28 years working with Canada’s business and civic leaders across a wide range of sectors in the Canadian economy, including Infrastructure, Real Estate, Private Equity, Institutional Investing, Energy, Public Sector, and Banking. Robert is a dedicated client and people leader who will continue the momentum of a diverse community of colleagues in Canada. Under his leadership, the Canadian practice will continue to help our clients make significant and lasting improvements in their performance while attracting, retaining, and developing exceptional leaders. Robert is a member of the UJA of Toronto, The Business Council of Canada, and a graduate of the University of Toronto (BA) and the University of Western Ontario (MBA). Robert will fulfill his leadership role based in McKinsey’s Toronto office.
