ArcelorMittal is pleased to announce the appointment of Ron Bedard as President and CEO of ArcelorMittal Dofasco and Vice President, ArcelorMittal.

Ron most recently served as Executive Vice President, Manufacturing at Samuel, Son & Co. He has also held the positions of Chief Executive Officer, Paragon Industries SCT Oilfield, President and Chief Executive Officer, Lakeside Steel and General Manager, Primary Operations, U.S. Steel Hilton Works.

Ron holds an MBA from the University of Sunderland and is a Management Studies/Business Administration graduate of McMaster University. He has also completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School, Boston, MA, Cornell University, Ithaca, NY, and the University of Texas at Austin. Currently, Ron is pursuing his doctorate degree in business administration from Liberty University, Lynchburg, VA.
