Power Corporation of Canada is pleased to announce the election of Ms. Sharon MacLeod to its Board of Directors.
Ms. MacLeod is a Company Director. She is a marketing and business leader with over 20 years of experience growing brands and businesses within Unilever, where she held, from 1998 to 2019, the positions of Global Brand Vice-President, North American Vice-President of Personal Care, and Vice-President of Unilever Canada. Since 2017, Ms. MacLeod has been serving as a director of several Power Group companies in North America, including IGM Financial Inc., IG Wealth Management and Mackenzie Inc. She is also a Strategic Board Member for The Carlyle Group.
