Private Debt Partners Inc. (“PDP”) is a specialized private debt manager focused on lending institutional and family office capital. Board Chair and Founding Member Stephen Lister is pleased to announce PDP’s Board of Directors and welcomes this dynamic group of Canadian business leaders as it builds Canada’s premier private debt firm. PDP is currently raising its Senior Direct Lending Fund and Senior Opportunities Fund which will provide much needed capital to Canada’s mid-market businesses.
Sheryl Kennedy has extensive experience in government, central banking, management consulting and financial services. She is a former Deputy Governor of the Bank of Canada and held various senior roles in Canada’s federal government. Ms. Kennedy was Chair and CEO of Promontory Financial Group Canada. She currently serves on the board of Cogent Communications Holdings, CLS Group Holdings AG, as well as non-profits Mothers Matter Centre, the Anglican Church of Canada Pension Plans, the University of Waterloo, and the Canadian Public Accountability Board. She was awarded the Women in Capital Markets Leadership Award in 2007.
