Stephen Diotte, Partner and Head of Leadership Services for Western Canada, Odgers Berndtson
Global executive search firm, Odgers Berndtson, is pleased to announce the appointment of Stephen Diotte to Partner and Head of Leadership Services for Western Canada, and the firm’s national Oil & Gas Practice.
Stephen brings deep consulting experience working with global leaders in the energy sector. In his new role, he will support the significant talent and succession planning challenges facing organizations today, with a focus on talent and organizational strategy and redesign.
Before joining Odgers Berndtson, Stephen was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company. Prior to that, he held various leadership roles including North American Energy and Resources Leader at Mercer Human Capital Consulting, Managing Partner at Deloitte Consulting in Calgary and Vice President, HR, IT and Corporate Services at MEG Energy.
Stephen has a Master of Business Administration from the Richard Ivey School of Business at Western University, a Master of Industrial Relations from the University of Toronto, and a Bachelor of Arts from Carleton University.
