Private Debt Partners Inc. Welcomes its New Board of Directors
Private Debt Partners Inc. (“PDP”) is a specialized private debt manager focused on lending institutional and family office capital. Board Chair and Founding Member Stephen Lister is pleased to announce PDP’s Board of Directors and welcomes this dynamic group of Canadian business leaders as it builds Canada’s premier private debt firm. PDP is currently raising its Senior Direct Lending Fund and Senior Opportunities Fund which will provide much needed capital to Canada’s mid-market businesses.
Thomas MacMillan is Chair of PDP’s Investment Committee. He has held senior leadership positions at some of Canada’s most prestigious financial institutions including the Bank of Montreal, Chase Manhattan Bank Canada, and Mellon Bank Canada. Mr. MacMillan served as President and CEO of CIBC Mellon from 1998 – 2009. Following his tenure at CIBC Mellon he was Chair of Blair Franklin Asset Management and CEO of Gluskin Sheff. Mr. MacMillan’s non-profit experience includes Interim CEO of Massey Hall and Roy Thomson Hall.
