Philippe Jetté, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cogeco Inc. and Cogeco Communications Inc., is pleased to announce the appointment of Zouheir Mansourati as Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, effective November 23, 2020.

Dr. Mansourati has nearly three decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, including 13 years at Telus where he held several executive positions in engineering and technology. He started his career at Bell-Northern Research followed by Movaz Networks, where he served in many executive roles including product management, customer network planning, and business development. Most recently Dr. Mansourati was Chief Customer Officer at Vitruvi, working with their telecommunications network clients. He holds a Master of Science degree from the Université Pierre et Marie Curie in Paris, and a M.Sc. and PhD. in mathematics from Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario.
