Conservatives reject throne speech, NDP wants to see concrete action before supporting it

Candice Bergen, the Conservative deputy leader, says her party cannot support the Liberal throne speech because it doesn't do enough for Canadians, nor does it unite a divided country. NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh signals the New Democrats are willing to support the government if it moves quickly on a couple of specific measures to help people through the COVID-19 pandemic.
