Dr. Tam urges to keep holiday gatherings restricted to 10 people or less

Canada’s chief public health officer Dr. Theresa Tam says there are ways for Canadians to keep themselves and their families safe from COVID-19 over the holidays, even if there are gatherings of up to 10 people as Quebec is proposing. Dr. Tam says the fewer people gathering the better, and take measures like masking and keeping a physical distance to reduce risks.
