Haiti security high on agenda as Blinken makes first in-person trip to Canada

U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken says a security force to help restore order in Haiti is an ‘ongoing conversation’. Canada’s Foreign Affairs Minister Mélanie Joly says Haiti is facing a triple crisis and Canada has a fact-finding mission on the ground trying to look for the best way to help.
