How Canada’s prison system is stacked against Black and Indigenous inmates

A Globe and Mail investigation found that Black and Indigenous inmates in federal prisons are more likely to get poor scores on risk assessments that determine everything from where a prisoner is incarcerated to what rehabilitation programs they are offered.
