Trudeau honours victims of 2017 Quebec City mosque attack, declares day of remembrance

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says no one should ever be afraid because of the way they pray, either in Canada or around the world. He says Jan. 29 will now be a National Day of Remembrance of the Quebec City Mosque Attack and Action Against Islamophobia.
