'We got it wrong': Doug Ford apologizes for tougher COVID-19 police measures

Ontario Premier Doug Ford apologized to the province Thursday, saying his government moved “too fast” in bringing in tougher police measures to slow the third wave of COVID-19. He also vowed to move on a provincial paid sick leave program that he had so far resisted.
