We've all heard the stories of educated, hard-working Canadians who just can't get a break in a tough economy. Last year, a letter from a frustrated 29-year-old who could not find a long-term job with benefits struck a chord with readers, who shared his story widely and, in some cases, even offered to help him out. Nearly a year later, however, he is still looking.
