Just call 844-557-2120 to make your request. In-store purchase price adjustments must be made at a Carter’s store. 

Forms of Payment

Carter’s and OshKosh B’gosh accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express as payment methods online and in stores. You can also use a Carter’s gift card to make a purchase, however, other types of gift cards are not accepted, currently.

Return Policy

You have up to 90 days to make a return for a full refund at Carter’s. If any adjustments or original shipping costs are required, those will be deducted from your refund. 

Clothing and shoes must be unworn and unwashed to be eligible for return or exchange. You can return purchases by mail or at a retail location. Customers are responsible for any return postage.
